The Griffin Karate Club is not operating in a proffesional capacity, all instuctors, coaches and helpers do so without payment. Fees are used to keep the club operating and fund equipment etc.

All instructors and coaches are of a standard to instruct and teach students. They are first aid trained and complete a enhanced DBS check which is auto renewed.

The Griffin Karate Club is in membership of the WKU Association (Weston Karate Union) who are in membership of the EKNGB (English Karate National Governing Body) who are in membership of the BKF (British Karate Federation) which are in membership and recognised by the WKF (World Karate Federation) The European Karate Federation and the Commonwealth Karate Federation.
